To thrive in this role, you must combine healthcare revenue cycle expertise and product development experience with exceptional communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives through influence, collaboration, and structured problem solving.

Here's what you will experience working as a Director of Product:

  • Lead product development through agile delivery practices, providing vision, product direction, acceptance criteria, and release readiness decisions while maintaining alignment across teams.
  • Identify opportunities to maximize value from existing R37 and healthcare revenue cycle technologies, accelerating innovation while minimizing unnecessary development and operational complexity.
  • Serve as a trusted product leader, building strong cross-functional relationships, incorporating voice-of-customer insights, developing product narratives, and helping teams translate strategy into execution.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of product leadership experience building and scaling complex technology products.
