Specifically You Will:
- Lead and scale the team: Manage and develop the product marketing function at ChowNow, building team capabilities, establishing best practices, and hiring talent to meet the demands of our next phase of growth
- Drive market intelligence and customer research: Conduct deep market analysis to understand customer needs, pain points, and buying behaviors, synthesizing insights from customer interviews, competitive analysis, and market trends to inform product strategy
- Own product positioning and messaging: Craft compelling value propositions that differentiate our products in the market, developing clear messaging frameworks that articulate why our products matter, who they're for, and how they're uniquely positioned against competitors
- Lead go-to-market strategy and launch execution: Orchestrate product launches by developing comprehensive GTM plans that coordinate across sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams, defining target segments, pricing strategies, and success metrics
- Enable sales and internal education: Equip sales teams with the tools, training, and content needed to effectively sell products, creating battle cards, demo scripts, competitive intelligence briefs, and conducting regular training sessions
- Drive product adoption and growth initiatives: Drive user adoption through targeted campaigns, onboarding programs, and feature education, analyzing usage data to identify expansion opportunities and develop strategies that increase customer lifetime value
You Should Apply If You:
- Are a proven product marketing leader: You have 7+ years in B2C and/or B2B product marketing at technology or platform companies, including 4+ years building and leading high-performing teams. You've scaled product marketing functions, established frameworks that enable great launches, and know how to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
- Turn insights into compelling narratives: You're deeply research-driven, leading customer research programs and competitive analysis that uncover real insights. You then translate those insights into crisp, benefit-driven stories that differentiate products and resonate with audiences. You're a natural storyteller who makes complex capabilities feel simple and valuable.
- Excel with both B2B and B2C audiences: You understand the nuances of marketing to SMB buyers (restaurant owners making business decisions) and consumers (diners choosing where to order). You can craft positioning that works across both segments or tailor it precisely when needed, navigating the complexity of dual audiences with ease.
- Are a cross-functional leader and influencer: You've orchestrated successful product launches across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. You know how to influence without authority, build consensus across functions, and drive alignment even when priorities compete. You're the connective tissue that makes GTM execution seamless.
- Are operationally rigorous: You build repeatable processes, establish clear metrics, and continuously optimize based on data. You create frameworks that scale, track what matters, and aren't satisfied until you see measurable impact. You bring discipline and rigor to the art of product marketing.
- Are passionate about SMB and mission-driven work: You genuinely care about helping small businesses compete and thrive. You're excited to work on products that make a tangible difference in local communities, and you bring authentic enthusiasm for empowering independent restaurants to own their customer relationships and succeed on their own terms.

What We Do
ChowNow’s vision is to become the leading North American platform connecting diners and independent restaurants for at-home dining. The ChowNow Platform continues to grow its product offerings and bring restaurants and diners closer together. Our marketplace provides commission-free ordering for restaurants nationwide and diners with an ever-growing selection of independent restaurants. Our demand network provides diners with the ability to order where they’re already online, including Google, Yelp, Instagram, Snap, and many others. And our white-labeled online ordering system provides restaurants with a branded experience for diners on their website and their own iOS and Android apps for a reasonable monthly fee regardless of order volume. To date, we’ve created over 20,000 apps for our restaurant partners – something that’s never been done before in our category. We operate this way because of our belief in being fair, sustainable, and equitable with our restaurant partners and the same goes for our culture.
Why Work With Us
Diversity, teamwork, and mutual respect are among our core company values. We pride ourselves on giving our teams plenty of opportunities to make their mark. Join us and help ensure ChowNow becomes the diner’s first choice for socially responsible online ordering. Together we can preserve neighborhood flavor, one restaurant at a time.
