About the role:
As the Director of Product Marketing at DuploCloud, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping our brand’s story and driving its success. In this dynamic role, you’ll craft compelling product narratives that captivate audiences, empower our sales and marketing teams, and fuel business growth. Collaborating closely with product, sales, partnerships, and marketing teams, you’ll align strategies, champion customer needs, and inspire impactful product enhancements. - Creating crisp and compelling messaging, content assets, sales enablement, and more to unify these narratives to the market, and be digestible for sales and marketing to use.
- Collaborating and driving alignment cross-functionally with teams across product, sales (including strategy and operations), partners, and other parts of marketing to maximize business success in these areas throughout the sales funnel.
- Communicating customer requirements and providing input to product management on product enhancements and future product direction, including areas of integration between products.
- Developing market/competitive intelligence, acting as a thought leader and expert.
- Owning product launches by communicating their unique value to both our future customers as well as to our install base.
Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of proven product marketing experience ideally related to data management, SaaS, or application development.
- Cross-functional team management and organizational skills.
- Proven experience influencing without authority, including senior management.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage internal leaders/teams across functions and external stakeholders.
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear and concise presentations and plans.
- Demonstrated track record of building and executing successful go-to-market programs and campaigns.
- Analytical mindset, interpreting and summarizing data with actionable insights.
- Technical and business understanding of prevailing and emerging data technologies, both on-premises and in the cloud.
- Experience with DevOps, infrastructure, security, and compliance.
- BS/BA, MBA preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Compensation Range
$180,000—$220,000 USD

What We Do
DuploCloud offers an end-to-end DevOps software platform for dev teams that don’t have dedicated DevOps engineers and augments those that do. The platform automates the provisioning of your application to the cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure), integrating cloud ops, DevOps, and security/compliance with 24x7 monitoring and support. The software runs in your cloud account and is accessed thru our UI, Terraform or API.
