- Partner with Product Management on portfolio strategy and roadmap, ensuring product marketing priorities inform and are informed by what’s being built
- Partner with Commercial Launch Excellence on cross-functional launch process and readiness, ensuring Marketing delivers its part on time and to standard
- Collect voice-of-customer insights at the product level, personally and through the team, informing both portfolio strategy and Product Management’s roadmap
- Lead and develop the portfolio marketing team (Solid Tumor, Heme, MRD Managers), setting priorities and connecting individual portfolio strategies into one coherent product marketing function
- Own competitive intelligence at the product level personally and ensure it’s built into each portfolio manager’s ongoing responsibilities, distinct from audience-level competitive intelligence owned by Commercial Marketing
- Partner with the Director, Market Presence and Influence and the Director, Marketing Operations to align brand, content, and digital support with portfolio priorities, ensuring portfolio managers connect directly with Digital, Content, and Social resources on individual project execution
- Serve as the connective interface handing off product positioning and messaging to Commercial Marketing for audience-specific activation
