At Claroty, our technology strategy is focused on solving real-world cyber-physical security problems at scale through robust, distributed, cloud-native architectures. We design and evolve a unified platform that serves as the technological backbone for all Claroty products, delivering deep visibility across CPS environments—without disrupting critical operations. About the Role:

Our Product team is looking for a creative and high-impact Director of Product Management to lead product planning and execution throughout the entire life cycle. You will ensure we continue to lead the market in protecting the world’s most sensitive, mission-critical industrial environments.

Responsibilities

  • Product Execution & Research: Work closely with engineering and security research teams to define detailed product features and follow up on the product plan to ensure the product meets the most rigorous requirements.
  • Inbound & Market Synthesis: Collect business and technical feedback, define and prioritize product requirements, and synthesize insights into product definitions that ensure successful releases and high customer satisfaction.
  • Go-to-Market Support: Partner closely with Sales and Sales Engineering to understand customer requirements and support pre-sales efforts by providing expert responses to complex customer inquiries.
Requirements

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience as a leading Product Manager. A proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its full life cycle is essential.
  • B2B Expertise: Significant experience with enterprise-grade, B2B software products (Strong Advantage).
  • Technical DNA: Strong technical background with a deep understanding of Cybersecurity and/or Networking technologies.
  • Agile Proficiency: Fluent in Agile and Scrum practices, with the ability to lead effectively in fast-paced environments.
  • Analytical Prowess: Outstanding analytical skills and a commitment to data-driven decision-making.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Very high level).
