About the RoleAs a Director, Product Management, you’ll be responsible for managing the lifecycle of new products and services. You’ll develop and implement operational frameworks, assess client and industry needs, and create business cases and supporting documentation for new product opportunities.
This is a highly collaborative role where product planning, client service, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication go hand in hand.

- Manage the lifecycle of new products and services
- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing to assess client and industry needs
- Develop business cases and supporting documentation
- Collaborate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders across the organization
- Help resolve customer service disruptions quickly and effectively
- Identify challenges and recommend process improvements
- Manage multiple priorities and meet assigned deadlines
- Make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to company objectives

- Skills: Strong presentation, communication, analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Experience: At least five years of relevant professional experience
- Collaboration: Experience working across teams and communicating with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
- Technical: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and sales tools
- Organization: Strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
- Adaptability: Ability to multitask, shift priorities, and work effectively under pressure
- Decision-Making: Detail-oriented with the ability to evaluate challenges and make sound decisions
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

- Effective management of new product and service lifecycles

Skills Required
- Strong understanding of product management practices including product planning, backlog ownership, prioritization, and lifecycle management
- Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum/SAFe) and SDLC practices
- Ability to prioritize work, make trade-off decisions, and align decisions with business objectives
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams
- Customer-focused mindset with ability to translate user needs into effective solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
- Working knowledge of pricing, market dynamics, and product performance
- Ability to work effectively across Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Ability to manage complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders and workstreams
- At least five years of product management and/or product owner experience in software, technology, or related environments
- Experience working with software engineering teams in Agile (Scrum or SAFe) environments
- Demonstrated ability to own prioritization, manage backlogs, and drive roadmap execution
- Proven ability to solve complex problems, make trade-offs, and work independently
- Experience collaborating across Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Service, and Operations
- Strong familiarity with product and Agile tools (e.g., Jira, ADO, Confluence)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in B2B, legal, fintech, or workflow-driven environments
