Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff): 

  • Deliver product strategy to transform six related products into one interoperable AI-powered Ethics offering over the next 12 months 
  • Translate customer needs and market insights into clear product direction and priorities  
  • Set and manage the roadmap, using market intelligence to quantify, scope and sequence the offering, iterating based on market feedback 
  • Partner closely with engineering and UX/product design to ship high-quality products on time  
  • Lead and develop a team of experienced product managers 
  • Drive product discovery, define requirements, and manage backlogs across multiple teams  
  • Track performance (usage, adoption, outcomes) and continuously improve the product portfolio 

These are the essentials you’ll need to get an interview: 

  • You have built, shipped, and iterated B2B Enterprise SaaS products as well as AI assistants and Agents  
  • You are commercially minded and evaluate product success in terms of revenue as well as its utility 
  • You have owned a product portfolio 
  • Worked in a combination of Start-up, Scale-up and 'Corporate’ companies 
  • Experience working closely with engineering and product design in agile development environments  
  • Clear communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels  
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, outcome focused environment 

It would be great if you had these / done this too, but we’ll support you if you don’t: 

  • Domain knowledge in either risk, compliance, due diligence, or adjacent regulated industries  
  • Familiarity with global regulatory environments or third-party risk ecosystems  
  • Experience with platform integrations, APIs, or ecosystem-based products 
  • Experience building and taking net new products to market, or evolving an immature product 
  • Experience integrating individual products together, knowing how to balance existing customer needs with new customer acquisition
