The Director will operate at the intersection of clinical need, customer workflow, technology, and business strategy, partnering closely with R&D, engineering, Clinical Affairs, Quality & Regulatory, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to guide the development of a complex medical device from early concept through product realization.
This is a player-coach role. The Director will lead and develop a Product Management team while maintaining direct responsibility for an assigned product domain within the broader EVR system.

- Support the company’s transition into commercialization and downstream marketing, while promoting business development to meet the product’s needs.
- Define and prioritize product requirements, translating clinical and customer needs into clear requirements, features, value propositions, and recommendations for development priorities.
- Provide Product Management leadership on cross-functional development teams, partnering with R&D, systems, electrical/mechanical engineering, software/firmware, Clinical Affairs, Quality & Regulatory, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to execute against established product strategy.
- Serve as the hands-on Product Management lead for assigned and assigned product domain, such as hardware/electrical/firmware, working closely with engineering to guide product definition, requirements, technical trade-offs, and customer value.
- Engage physicians, customers, and commercial stakeholders throughout development to identify and validate needs, concepts, workflows, and product solutions and incorporate those insights into product recommendations.
- Lead and develop a Product Management team, establishing priorities and accountabilities, coaching team members, allocating resources, and strengthening upstream Product Management capabilities across EVR.
