Role Overview
We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-oriented Director, Product Management - Digital Products to drive our 100% tokenization ambition across the EEMEA region, with a core focus on Secure Card on File (SCOF) within the MACS product family.
This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, commercialization, and regional execution, requiring a strong leader who can shape market adoption, influence global product direction, and deliver measurable business outcomes through tokenization scale-up.
You will lead the regional strategy and execution for SCOF, working closely with global product teams, regional sales, customers, and ecosystem partners to accelerate digital transformation and unlock new revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Regional Leadership
- Define and execute the regional strategy for Secure Card on File and tokenization, aligned with Mastercard's global vision and EEMEA market needs
- Ensure global digital products are localized and optimized for diverse regional markets
- Partner with global product teams to embed regional requirements, constraints, and opportunities into product development
Go-to-Market & Commercialization
- Define market prioritization, launch strategies, and scale-up plans across EEMEA
- Develop and lead tokenization migration strategies, including new product ideas, pricing models, and customer enablement initiatives
- Build compelling value propositions and monetization frameworks for digital payment solutions
Execution & Performance Management
- Own end-to-end execution of product strategy in-region, ensuring alignment across product, sales, and partnership teams
- Establish governance models, reporting frameworks, and KPI tracking mechanisms
- Deliver and monitor monthly and ad-hoc performance reporting, identifying risks and driving corrective actions
- Design and implement repeatable frameworks to optimize product performance and adoption
Stakeholder & Ecosystem Management
- Build strong relationships with regional stakeholders, issuers, fintechs, merchants, and partners
- Enable regional teams with tools, messaging, and support to accelerate go-to-market execution
- Influence cross-functional teams in a matrix organization to deliver results at scale
All About You
Experience & Domain Expertise
- Significant experience in product management within payments, fintech, or technology industries
- Strong understanding of card issuing, tokenization, and digital payments ecosystems
- Proven track record of taking products from ideation through execution and scale
- Experience working across EEMEA markets and understanding regional complexities is highly desirable
- Familiarity with Mastercard digital payment solutions is a plus
Leadership & Influence
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive outcomes through influence in a matrix environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders internally and externally
- Experience building alignment across cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams
Commercial & Strategic Acumen
- Strong business acumen with experience in pricing, monetization, and go-to-market strategies
- Ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies
