The OpportunityEvery great decision at Superhuman starts with data, and this role is responsible for making that possible.
We're hiring a Director of Product, Data Products to lead the team that turns raw signals into our competitive advantage. Whether it's powering the AI experiences that 40 million users and 50,000 businesses use every day, helping us decide what to build next, or giving our go-to-market teams the intelligence they need to win — your work will touch every corner of Superhuman.
You'll lead a team of talented PMs and sit at the center of our Data org, owning the products that make Superhuman smarter: from internal tools that help every employee work with data confidently, to the data infrastructure that powers our AI-driven product experiences. This isn't a supporting role — it's a force multiplier that will help Superhuman win. When you get it right, the product gets better, and every team at Superhuman moves faster and makes better decisions.
OwnershipIn This Role, You Will:
Own the product strategy and roadmap for Superhuman's data products, which power critical product experiences
Lead our evals and experimentation frameworks, helping every product team deliver a higher quality product
Work closely with Data Engineering and Data Science to build scalable, reliable data surfaces that meet enterprise security and compliance requirements
Define metrics, run experiments, and use data to prioritize the roadmap and demonstrate business impact
Manage and develop a team of product managers, setting high standards for craft, execution, and customer focus
You have 8+ years in product management, with at least 2 years in a PM leadership role
You have experience building products in a B2B SaaS environment with enterprise customers
You are technically fluent — you can engage productively with data engineers on schema design, pipeline architecture, and data modeling
You have a proven track record of shipping products that enterprise customers love and that demonstrably improve business outcomes
Data Fluency: You think in metrics, cohorts, and pipelines. You can move seamlessly between executive-level storytelling and technical implementation details.
Extreme Ownership: You act as if you are 100% responsible for your own outcomes as well as the outcomes of the company. You do this without stepping on toes.
Results Driven: You work tirelessly in pursuit of your results; you quickly take the initiative and own it when results are off; you course-correct and get scrappy if necessary.
AI-First Operator: You embed AI into daily workflows, rituals, and decision-making. You model fluency, curiosity, and visible use of AI to raise the bar for speed, quality, and customer impact.
Customer-Centered Innovator: You redesign experiences to create AI-native magic — delighting customers through faster, smarter, and more effective workflows that deliver measurable outcomes.
Low Ego: You put the company ahead of yourself. Most of our discussions are about results and how to amplify success.
Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
