As Director of Product Management, you will define and deliver NVIDIA AI agent technologies, including language, speech, and animation AI models, to the video games market.  The right candidate will possess a deep technical background in 3D graphics and AI, a passion for video games, an ability to lead large cross-functional teams, and a dedicated work ethic.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Define product strategy and roadmap for ACE, NVIDIA’s suite of digital avatar, agent, and assistant technologies, for video games.

  • Work with the industry’s leading game developers to envision and develop the next generation of video game experiences powered by generative AI.

  • Lead large, cross-functional teams, including engineering, developer and marketing, to develop new language and speech AI models, SDKs, and technologies.

  • Define digital human technology demos and blueprints that inspire and enable the industry.

  • Partner with product marketing and campaign teams to drive go to market for new AI agent technologies.

What we need to see:

  • 12+ overall years of experience in product management.

  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.

  • BA / BS degree (Masters preferred), or equivalent experience

  • Deep expertise and work experience in 3D graphics and AI, including AI model development.

  • A passion for video games and vision for where AI will take gaming experiences.

  • Proven track record leading large, cross-functional projects and interfacing with executive leadership.

  • Ability to work physically at NVIDIA’s Santa Clara headquarters and travel on occasion for partner meetings and events.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 272,000 USD - 425,500 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
