This person will be responsible for building and leading Klaviyo's Pricing Operations' function. They will assemble and lead a cross-functional working team to ensure operational readiness for product and pricing launches. The Director of Pricing Operations will identify all required processes, systems and sign offs required to successfully launch new products/pricing. When there are risks/challenges, this person will lead the problem solving to define potential mitigation strategies, associated investment and timing.
In addition the Director of Pricing Operations will be hands-on and lead cross-functional meetings, document decisions & follow-up on actions. This person will manage projects including tracking tasks, issues, system requirements, and risks. Identify product packaging and quoting business requirements and system impacts. Lead in the analysis, design, testing, and implementation of new product configurations.

Who you are:

  • 10+ years of general work experience
  • SaaS Project management experience, ideally leading new product introductions and/or pricing operationalization
  • Energized by cross-functional collaboration
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects at once
  • Ultimate planner
  • Capable of communicating concepts clearly and credibly to multiple audiences
  • Self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and go-to-market


The pay range for this role is listed below. Sales roles are also eligible for variable compensation and hourly non-exempt roles are eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law. This role is eligible for benefits, including: medical, dental and vision coverage, health savings accounts, flexible spending accounts, 401(k), flexible paid time off and company-paid holidays and a culture of learning that includes a learning allowance and access to a professional coaching service for all employees.
Base Pay Range For US Locations:
$208,000 - $312,000 USD
