This position is ideally based at our Ballarat Head Office.

About the Role

As the Director of Precision Technology, you will lead Brandt's Precision Technology business across Australia, driving strategy, sales growth, market expansion, and customer adoption of industry-leading agricultural technology solutions.

Reporting as a key member of the sales leadership team, you will provide direction and support to Precision Technology Managers and branch teams while championing innovation, operational excellence, and long-term business growth.

You will be responsible for developing and executing the Precision Technology strategy, ensuring alignment with Brandt's broader business objectives and helping customers maximise productivity through advanced technology solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and developing the Precision Technology team across Australia
  • Driving sales growth, profitability, and market share across the Precision Technology portfolio
  • Developing and executing strategic business and sales plans
  • Supporting technology adoption through effective sales, support, and training initiatives
  • Partnering with branch leadership teams to drive customer and business outcomes
  • Providing leadership in forecasting, budgeting, inventory planning, and business performance
  • Supporting the recruitment, coaching, and development of Precision Technology personnel
  • Building strong relationships with customers, industry partners, and key stakeholders
  • Identifying growth opportunities, emerging technologies, and market trends
