DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Drive the delivery of technology projects and programs to achieve business goals across the firm. Develop operational plans and risk management strategies. Manage resources, budgets, teams, and projects. Collaborate with technical delivery teams to deliver projects by managing dependencies, resolving roadblocks, challenging technical designs, and facilitating technical discussions and solutions. Establish and manage relationships with stakeholders across cross-functional teams and clients. Break down business, technical, and operational objectives into actionable tasks and activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Technical Program Manager, Technology Support Associate, Software Engineer, or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires three (3) years of experience with the following: executing and overseeing SDLC testing phases including unit, integration, system, regression, and UAT using Jira and MS Project; directing the design and development of scalable, reusable automation frameworks including behavior driven development, hybrid-driven testing, and business process testing approaches; implementing automation frameworks using Selenium, Cucumber, Fitnesse, HP UFT, and TestNG with Java. This position requires two (2) years of experience with the following: designing test strategies for payment capabilities and client reporting programs involving more than five downstream applications for processing, settlement, posting, and reporting; developing project plans, roadmaps, milestones, and timelines using Jira, Confluence, and MS Project; defining and analyzing test metrics including defect leakage, test coverage, and defect density using Jira; driving functional and automation projects operating in agile or waterfall models; analyzing application architecture, APIs, microservices, and cloud infrastructure; performing performance and load testing using Loan Runner; conducting API testing using SOAP UI, JMeter, and JavaScript within the Postman platform to validate integration points and ensure application functionality; delivering strategic consulting services to clients by advising on best practices and solutions in quality engineering to enhance product quality, optimize processes, and support business objectives.
