Position Summary:
As a Capital
Projects PMO Consulting Director, you will lead strategic engagements
focused on the planning, execution, and governance of large-scale capital
projects across sectors such as infrastructure, energy, real estate, and
industrials. You will be responsible for advising clients on PMO setup and
optimization, risk management, digital transformation, and performance
improvement. This role demands deep expertise in project controls, stakeholder
management, and enterprise-level transformation.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Client Delivery & Advisory
- Lead PMO strategy and implementation for large
government or private sector capital programs.
- Advise clients on governance frameworks, project
controls, and performance metrics.
- Drive digital enablement through tools like Primavera,
MS Project, Power BI, and ERP integrations.
- Leadership & Team Management
- Manage cross-functional consulting teams across
geographies and service lines.
- Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a
high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with Partners and Directors to shape
go-to-market strategies.
- Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within
capital projects and infrastructure.
- Lead proposal development, client presentations, and
contract negotiations.
- Build long-term relationships with senior client
stakeholders.
- Thought Leadership
- Represent the firm at industry forums, conferences,
and client events.
- Contribute to white papers, case studies, and market
insights on capital project delivery.
Required
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in capital projects,
infrastructure consulting, or project management.
- Proven track record in PMO leadership for large-scale
capital programs.
- Strong understanding of project controls, risk
management, and digital tools.
- Experience in a Big 4 or top-tier consulting
environment preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction
Management, or related field; MBA or PMP preferred.
Preferred
Skills:
- Expertise in tools like Oracle Primavera, SAP, MS
Project, and Power BI.
- Familiarity with ESG, sustainability, and regulatory
frameworks in capital projects.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and
negotiation skills.

environment.
