Job Description:
Baptist Health is looking for a Director of Planning to join our team in Louisville, KY!
Directs, leads and facilitates planning processes for assigned business units. Responsible for promotion and production of strategic and business planning. Responsible for data analysis in the production of these plans and to provide market intelligence. Provides internal consulting on business and strategic planning to leadership. Assures compliance with state regulatory requirements, including certificate of need and licensure.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business or health administration; master's degree preferred
Five years of administrative experience in a hospital or medical group or closely related healthcare environment
Significant technical experience in health planning.
Experience in dealing with committees, confidential information and representing a hospital or medical group to outside agencies is desired.
Travel required to multiple hospitals
