- Manage recurring and ad hoc leadership forums, including developing content, preparing speakers, facilitating productive discussions, and creating polished presentations that translate complex technical concepts into compelling business narratives.
- Centralize coordination of product backlogs, enhancement requests, business and product requirements, releases, demonstrations, and stakeholder communications in alignment with roadmap priorities.
- Build a working understanding of Phare Flow, Phare OS, and healthcare revenue cycle processes to inform strategic decisions, surface client and operational needs, support go-to-market execution, and help remove barriers to adoption.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in management consulting, healthcare, or technology, with demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical and business concepts into clear insights, recommendations, and executive-ready narratives.
- Advanced PowerPoint and presentation design expertise with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to create concise, visually compelling materials that drive strategic decisions.
- Strong executive presence, emotional intelligence, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust, navigate differing viewpoints, and partner effectively with senior leaders.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management capabilities, including prioritizing competing initiatives, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
