We seek motivated, dependable, and dedicated caregivers to provide exceptional performance improvement and risk management to Chicago Behavioral Hospital. The Director of Performance Improvement / Risk Management is assigned to the performance improvement program to assist the leadership, medical staff, and facility in designing, planning, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive and integrated PI and Risk Management programs. This position is also designated as the Hospital Compliance Officer.


Your Experience Matters What we’re looking for:


  • Education & Licensure: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a health-related field preferred.
  • Experience: 2-3 years experience in a healthcare or behavioral health setting involving quality improvement preferred.

Compensation:

This is a full-time role and the expected compensation range is $90,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually. We’re eager to engage with all qualified candidates, and consideration will be provided to experience and skill level. Join us as our Director of Performance Improvement / Risk Management!
