  • Oversee the design and implementation of advanced leading indicator metrics and analytical frameworks.

  • Conduct deep‑dive analyses to identify emerging trends and root causes, presenting findings to Claims and Segment Executive Leadership.

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of claim processes and their impact on overall business performance.

  • Actively participate in claims and business segment meetings to provide ongoing insights and guidance.

  • Effectively manage competing priorities and deliver high‑impact results in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Evaluate and adopt new tools, technologies, and analytical techniques to continuously enhance performance analytics.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years of experience in analytic function (e.g., Finance, Operations, Claims, Actuarial, or Sales) within the insurance industry, including advanced trending analytics and statistical analysis.

  • At least two years of proven leadership experience with a track record of successfully developing and managing teams.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to executive leaders and Claims field leadership.

  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to draw meaningful insights from limited or imperfect data.

  • Demonstrated success in developing innovative data solutions and translating complex analyses into compelling, actionable narratives.

  • Highly collaborative with the ability to build and sustain strong, trusted working relationships.

  • Disciplined, structured, and customer‑focused thought leader.

  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau or similar platforms.

  • Strategic thinker with intellectual curiosity and a transparent, consultative approach to analytics.

  • Self‑directed with sound judgment and strong decision‑making capabilities.
