UTA is seeking an experienced Director of People Operations to join our dynamic People team. In this role, you will be a strategic partner to senior People leadership, shaping the people strategy that drives business outcomes. The Director of People Operations translates the company strategy into organizational design, people systems and programs, and prioritizes outcome-oriented initiatives that scale with the growth of the organization.

The salary range for this role is $150,000 to $180,000 commensurate with experience and skills.

Key Responsibilities

· Programs manage key initiatives from the greater People strategy, gathering and aligning with key partner teams/stakeholders, providing regular updates to senior leadership and driving execution across ambitious deadlines.

· Gathers, analyzes and synthesizes People data to produce regular department reports/decks surfacing key insights that support business decisions.

· Designs, implements and optimizes the continuous improvement of the employee life cycle at UTA, ensuring operational excellence and appropriate automation at every step.

· Lead and develop a team of People Operations Specialists who drive the day-to-day operations of the function against measurable goals and SLAs.

What You Will Need

  • 8+ years’ experience in a People Operations role.

  • Proven systems expert with the ability to analyze and draw out insights using large/complex datasets of data to translate effectively to executive leadership.

  • Experience managing, designing and architecting systems and associated workflows/processes.

  • Strong business acumen tied to designing, leading, driving People programs, policies and processes end-to-end.

  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally (bring stakeholders at all levels on board) and unblock/break through barriers to ensure impact is achieved with key People Operation initiatives.

  • Experience leading a team of support specialists/coordinators/generalists and developing, coaching, providing feedback to ensure measurable improvements in performance and team efficacy.
