Minimum Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience
Five (5) years of progressive payroll leadership experience.
Three (3) years of leadership experience managing payroll teams in a large, complex organization.
Experience with payroll systems, timekeeping applications, and HRIS platforms.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Advanced knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, wage and hour requirements, and compliance standards.
Strong financial acumen and understanding of payroll accounting practices.
Experience with payroll audits, controls, reconciliations, and regulatory reporting.
