About the role

As a Director of Partnerships, EMEA, you will join as a core member of the EMEA Commercial team and be responsible for leading a team of high-performing partner managers, expanding Airwallex’s existing partnerships, and helping to shape the future of our commercial strategy across the region.  

We are seeking a strategic, creative, and data-driven leader to drive the next phase of our growth in EMEA.

What You'll Be Doing...

• Lead a high-performing and diverse team of partner managers and accelerate the growth of four existing verticals: Professional Services, eCommerce, Music & Entertainment, and VC and Startups

• Continue to test new vertical opportunities that have high revenue potential and drive their successful launch 

• Unlock more scalability for the function with the development and execution of a GTM for product-led / integrated partnerships with technology companies

• Collaborate closely with country heads in France and the Netherlands to expand into new markets and build the team to achieve our objectives 

• Work cross-functionally with EMEA and Global leaders to deliver priority revenue and efficiency initiatives

• Represent Airwallex at industry events and conferences, and speak on relevant panels and webinars

What You Bring...

• 8+ years operating in commercial, strategy, and/or product roles in a fast-paced environment, with 3+ years leading teams

• Fintech or payments experience preferred, but not mandatory

• Have repeatedly outperformed OKRs / KPIs in previous roles 

• Outstanding academic record; MBA or relevant Master's degree preferred
