What You’ll Do
Reporting to the Vice President, Partner Sales, APJC, you will lead Splunk’s partner business across India, ASEAN, Greater China and Korea.
This is a second-line leadership role responsible for leading Partner Sales managers and their teams, strengthening executive partner relationships and translating Splunk’s regional partner strategy into measurable execution. You will operate in a dynamic environment as Cisco and Splunk continue to evolve their partner motions.
You will:
- Lead the Splunk partner business across the region, driving revenue, pipeline, customer adoption and sustainable partner-led growth.
- Set regional priorities and ensure disciplined execution across partner recruitment, activation, enablement, demand generation and joint go-to-market initiatives.
- Build trusted relationships with senior partner executives and position Splunk as a strategic platform for Security, Observability and data-driven innovation.
- Develop and execute multi-year partner strategies and joint business plans aligned with regional sales priorities and financial objectives.
- Lead, coach and develop Partner Sales managers and their teams, building a high-performance culture with clear accountability.
- Orchestrate Splunk and Cisco sales, technical, marketing, services and partner resources to advance strategic opportunities and resolve execution barriers.
- Use pipeline, performance, market and competitive insights to guide investments, improve partner productivity and advise senior leadership.
- Navigate ambiguity and organizational change while maintaining partner confidence, business continuity and execution momentum.
- Represent the APJC partner perspective with global and regional leadership and influence decisions that affect the Splunk partner ecosystem.
Who You Are
You are a strategic and execution-focused channel leader who can operate effectively across diverse markets, partner models and organizational boundaries. You bring strong executive presence, sound commercial judgment and the ability to turn strategy into consistent field execution.
You bring:
- Significant experience in partner, channel, alliances or indirect-sales leadership within the technology industry.
- Proven second-line leadership experience, including leading managers and geographically dispersed teams.
- A strong track record of building partner strategies that deliver revenue growth, pipeline creation, customer adoption and market expansion.
- Executive-level communication and influencing skills, with experience engaging partner CEOs, CIOs, CTOs and senior sales leaders.
- Familiarity with Security, Observability and Data Platform technologies and their associated partner ecosystems.
- Experience working with multiple partner models, including resellers, distributors, service providers, GSIs and cloud partners.
- Strong business-planning, forecasting, pipeline-management and performance-management capabilities.
- The ability to make sound decisions and maintain momentum in complex, rapidly changing and sometimes ambiguous environments.
- A collaborative leadership style and demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders beyond your direct reporting line.
