Location: Remote — Latin America
Employment Type: Full-Time
Industry: Digital Marketing / E-commerce (DTC)
Compensation: $3,500 – $5,000 USD/month
Schedule: Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST)
Our client is a fast-growing performance marketing agency specializing in scaling direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce brands. They partner with ambitious consumer brands to drive measurable growth through data-driven paid media strategies, creative testing, and continuous optimization.
Their collaborative, high-performance culture values ownership, clear communication, strong execution, and measurable results.
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced Director of Paid Social to lead the paid social function for a portfolio of high-growth direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce brands.
This position operates full-time during Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) business hours, making it ideal for professionals who are comfortable working an Australia-based schedule while collaborating directly with executive stakeholders and clients.

This person should combine exceptional technical expertise with strong client communication skills and the ability to independently manage day-to-day performance, optimization, reporting, and client relationships.
The ideal candidate is truly director-level: equally comfortable building sophisticated Meta campaigns, leading client conversations, presenting performance insights, and making strategic execution decisions without requiring constant oversight.
If you're passionate about scaling DTC brands, managing significant advertising budgets, and partnering directly with executive teams to drive measurable business growth, we'd love to hear from you.
