We’re seeking a proven operator to lead and scale North American operations for a fast-growing omnichannel health & wellness hardware company. They will work directly with the COO and will own the full supply chain from factory through fulfillment, logistics, and customer experience to ensure excellence across DTC, Amazon, and retail channels.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead all North American operations, aligning regional execution with company growth goals.
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain, including procurement, manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics.
- Build scalable fulfillment and distribution systems that support omnichannel growth (DTC, Amazon, and retail).
- Drive RFPs and contract negotiations with suppliers, 3PLs, and carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, LTL).
- Implement operational systems and standardize procedures across channels.
- Partner with Sales and Demand Planning to ensure optimal inventory, service levels, and delivery performance.
- Lead customer service operations, improving CSAT, NPS, and cost efficiency through automation and process design.
- Maintain compliance and quality standards across hardware, packaging, and distribution.

Qualifications:
- 5–10 years of progressive experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management, with leadership experience in omnichannel consumer hardware or durable goods.
- Proven success scaling operations that support DTC, Amazon, and retail distribution channels.
- Strong track record managing 3PLs, contract manufacturers, and packaging or logistics vendors.
- Experience negotiating and executing contracts for freight, fulfillment, and warehousing services.
- Demonstrated ability to improve operational efficiency and customer experience simultaneously.

Compensation:
- Market Competitive Base Salary - Starting at $120,000 (Dependent on Geography & Experience Level)
