We are seeking a dynamic Director of NVIDIA Compute Sales to improve our Compute platform sales and encourage collaborations across varied teams.
What you'll be doing:
Lead a multi-year volume and revenue forecast by product line. Focus strongly on the next four rolling quarters. Collaborate closely with Industry Business Development, Regional Sales, Finance, and Product Management teams.
Propel aggressive and ambitious growth in the Enterprise market by understanding market trends, adoption criteria, and challenges, bringing to bear NVIDIA ecosystem partners!
Strategically position NVIDIA's leadership Compute platform portfolio and enable our global sales teams to effectively sell the entire portfolio!
Develop and deliver high-impact technical enablement materials across NVIDIA sales and partner ecosystems.
Collect, analyze, and communicate the technical requirements and challenges of customers and partners to influence NVIDIA’s internal product roadmaps.
Publish informative reports on market trends by key industries to drive strong business growth.
Identify, engage, and lead strategic relationships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), Inference Service Providers, OEMs, and Global System Integrators to accelerate AI technology integration.
What we need to see:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
15+ overall years of sales and/or business development experience.
7+ years of management experience
3+ years of AI platform sales experience in both cloud and on-prem environments.
Deep understanding of forecasting processes and methodologies.
Confirmed history of driving substantial enterprise business growth.
Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership, think strategically, and effectively communicate vision.
Ability to efficiently achieve results with a distributed team.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
5+ years of product forecasting experience at a significant scale
3+ years of complex product positioning experience to global sales teams
Understanding of Agentic and Physical AI workflows, including NVIDIA AI Frameworks (NeMo, Nemotron, NIMs, Dynamo, CuDF, Omniverse, CUDA-X Libraries).

Your cash compensation will be determined based on your location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions with 85% paid through base salary and 15% variable compensation. The cash compensation range is 296,000 USD - 448,500 USD.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
