Provide leadership, direction, and oversight to the nursing department

Develop and maintain a culture focused on quality care and resident outcomes

Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff

Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations

Oversee nursing policies, procedures, and clinical practices

Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team

Monitor quality assurance initiatives and implement improvement plans

Assist with staffing, scheduling, and department operations

Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing

Previous Director of Nursing or nursing leadership experience preferred

Strong clinical knowledge and assessment skills
