Imboden Creek Senior Living & Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing department and support the delivery of exceptional resident care.

Our mid-sized skilled nursing facility offers a stable census and consistent staffing environment, giving our DON the opportunity to focus on clinical excellence, team development, regulatory compliance, and strong day-to-day nursing operations.

We are looking for a confident nursing leader who understands skilled nursing, knows how to develop a strong team, and is ready to take ownership of the clinical success of the facility.

• $95,000–$110,000 annually, based on experience

• Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department

• Provide leadership and direction for all clinical services

• Promote high standards of resident care, safety, and clinical outcomes

• Ensure compliance with state and federal skilled nursing regulations

• Recruit, train, develop, and support nursing team members

• Oversee nursing staffing and scheduling

• Work closely with physicians, medical providers, residents, and families

• Monitor clinical documentation and resident assessments

• Oversee nursing department budgets, supplies, and expense management

• Collaborate with facility leadership and other departments

• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required

• Previous Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience required

• Strong knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations

• Previous nursing leadership or management experience

• Excellent clinical and resident assessment skills

• Proven ability to lead, train, and develop nursing staff

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to effectively prioritize in a fast-paced healthcare environment
