We're seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (RN) to lead our nursing team and support high-quality resident care. In this role, you'll oversee clinical operations, develop and mentor team members, and help create a positive environment for residents, families, and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support the nursing team in delivering quality resident-centered care
- Oversee clinical operations and maintain compliance with applicable regulations
- Recruit, mentor, and develop nursing staff
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture
- Partner with residents, families, providers, and interdisciplinary team members
- Monitor quality outcomes and ensure continuity of care
- Promote excellence in resident service and team performance
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- CPR Certification
- Previous nursing leadership experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to make sound clinical and operational decisions
- Commitment to quality care and resident well-being
