Now, we're looking for an inspiring Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing team and elevate excellence in resident-centered care.

You will:
Lead, mentor, and inspire our nursing team to deliver exceptional resident care
Ensure compliance with Medicare, HIPAA, and state/federal regulations
Oversee EMR/EHR documentation accuracy and clinical quality measures
Supervise shift operations and coordinate effective staffing
Promote a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous improvement
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes
Maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
Participate in on-call rotation
Active RN license with current CPR certification
Proven leadership experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation
Strong understanding of nursing administration, Medicare, and regulatory compliance
Experience with EMR/EHR systems and documentation review
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to develop staff, build teamwork, and foster accountability
Solid knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and care planning
