Role Summary and Impact

We're looking for a strategic media operations leader to shape the future of our global delivery model. As Director of Media Operations, you'll lead the partnership between our US teams and Global Operations Center (GOC), driving service expansion, operational excellence, and scalable growth across the business.

This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to influence senior leaders, improve how work gets done at scale, and unlock new ways of delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.

You'll have the opportunity to build, scale, and optimize a global operating model that directly impacts business performance, team effectiveness, and client success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the strategy for offshore operations, driving adoption, utilization, and service expansion.
  • Serve as the primary bridge between US stakeholders and global delivery teams.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Lead governance, quality management, and continuous improvement initiatives across offshore services.
  • Forecast resource needs and support workforce planning to meet evolving business demands.
  • Champion best practices, operational consistency, and new ways of working across teams.
Skills and Experience
  • 8+ years of experience in media operations, offshore delivery, shared services, or global operations.
  • Proven success leading complex operational programs in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive change.
  • Experience building scalable processes, governance models, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Understanding of digital media channels including Search, Social, Programmatic, Direct IO, or Linear TV.
  • Strategic mindset combined with strong execution and problem-solving capabilities.
