Requirements
- At least a Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related field
- 15+ years of retail marketing experience in e-commerce + store
- Experience in supply chain, retail and the food industry
- Content creation experience
- SEO and PPC experience, certifications preferred
- Experience working within an agency
- Experience managing client relationships
- Good interpersonal skills both with internal and external relationships; Good at planning and organizing skills, Good Analytical skill, is a hand-on person.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Strong creative and organizational skills, as well as the ability to evaluate opportunities with a financial focus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
- In depth knowledge of market research
- Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices
- Must have breadth of experience across marketing tactics to include online and offline tactics such as email, display advertising, search, webinars, collateral, etc.
- Thorough knowledge of web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.) and Google Adwords
- Customer-oriented approach with aptitude
