Department : Marketing Europe
Reports to : CMO Europe & Head of Direct
Hiscox Europe CDMP
Our mission is clear: one strong marketing voice, a unified, powerful and scalable Hiscox brand and excellence in customer solutions across Europe – always close to the market and customers’ needs. Hiscox Europe’s Propositions, Direct, Marketing, Communications unit (PDMC) becomes a European performance engine with shared standards, platforms and a clear framework – combined with targeted local excellence. This makes us faster, more consistent, more effective and more impactful.
Our ambition: further drive and enable growth, increase efficiency, strengthen the brand and raise satisfaction among customers, partners and internal stakeholders. We create measurable value: more growth through scalable campaigns and tailored propositions, lower costs through standardization and shared assets, a stronger cross market brand and better steering through common KPIs and transparent processes.
The step from “I” to “We” to One Hiscox is significant – professionally and personally. It defines consistent roles and decisions at both European and local level, and it establishes European centres of excellence in Marketing, Brand & Communications, Proposition & Customer Solutions, Performance Marketing and Customer Experience.
