Role Overview :

To lead the day-to-day performance of the marketing organization across brand, campaigns, content, creative execution, reporting, and team management.

The candidate is expected to turn strategy into action, keep teams focused on the right priorities, maintain a high standard across every output, and ensure work is delivered on brief, on time, and with measurable impact. The most important outcome of this role is to move the marketing organization to become consistently proactive. The successful candidate will actively identify cultural moments, audience opportunities, partnerships, unconventional activations, and guerrilla marketing ideas that keep webook.com visible, relevant, and ahead of the market.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can manage the machine while continuously finding ways to make it more creative, faster, and more effective.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the day-to-day operation of the marketing organization, translating strategy into clear priorities, plans, timelines, and accountable owners.
  • Lead campaign and content execution, ensuring work is delivered on brief, on time, within budget, and to the expected standard.
  • Build a proactive pipeline of creative marketing ideas, cultural opportunities, guerrilla activations, partnerships, and brand moments.
  • Act as the first line of leadership for the team, resolving delivery, performance, and operational issues before they escalate.
  • Maintain brand consistency and creative quality across campaigns, content, social media, partnerships, PR, and customer communications.
  • Own marketing reporting and performance visibility, providing clear insights, risks, recommendations, and actions without requiring follow-up.
  • Manage senior team members, agencies, and external partners, holding them accountable for performance, quality, and delivery.
  • Work closely with commercial, product, technology, partnerships, and regional teams to ensure marketing supports growth across KSA and international markets.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
  • Director-level marketing leader with experience in a high-growth consumer, technology, entertainment, sports, media, or platform business.
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage through senior managers.
  • Strong track record in integrated campaigns, content, brand, social media, partnerships, PR, and experiential marketing.
  • Highly creative, with the ability to develop unconventional, culturally relevant, and guerrilla-style marketing ideas.
  • Commercially and analytically strong, with confidence in budgets, reporting, performance metrics, and marketing effectiveness.
  • A hands-on operator who creates clarity, maintains momentum, and ensures work is completed to a high standard.
  • Proactive and decisive, bringing solutions rather than escalating problems unnecessarily.
  • Able to challenge constructively, make difficult decisions, and balance creative ambition with operational reality.
  • Fluent in English, with Arabic strongly preferred.
