- Serve as the primary Accessories contact for brand Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, Design, Product Development, E-commerce and other functional leaders across the portfolio, creating connectivity, understanding each Brand’s positioning, and alignment around Accessories priorities.
- Partner with the Accessories Executive Director and Brand CMOs to resolve priorities, placement and support needs requiring senior leadership alignment.
- Bring brand Marketing perspectives into the Accessories product-development process early enough to shape product storytelling and launch plans.
- Build and maintain an integrated cross-brand roadmap and briefs for Accessories launches, collaborations, activations, key seasonal moments, integrating Brand Marketing dependencies as needed.
- Translate each brand’s positioning, voice and customer priorities for Accessories Merchandising, Design and Product Development teams.
