A Brief Overview
Lead the strategic development, implementation and evaluation of expanded physician and institutional services that support long term organizational goals. Collaborates with physicians, department Chairs and other stakeholders to formulate new initiatives that will enhance clinical programs. Facilitates the coordination of other business functions such as Marketing, Contracts, Finance and Quality Management ensure programs are launched and sustained effectively.

What you will do
Assist physicians in translating outreach efforts into effective and profitable ventures. Facilitate the development of written goals and objective for new programs. Establish criteria and time frames for evaluating progress.
Collaborate with Finance & Administration to create business plans that include operating and capital budgets, justification for expenses, program expansion, volume projections, financial and strategic implications.
Collaborate with the Strategic Planning staff in the development of a 3-5 year strategic plan for areas of responsibility. Translate strategic plan into operational plans that will meet the goals of the physicians and institution.
Identify and recommend strategies to achieve growth in volume, improve quality and service and/or reduces expenses. Lead the development and implementation of those strategies.
Lead and provide expertise in accessing, utilizing, and evaluating internal and external data to determine service and program competitiveness relative to selected Markets. Maintain ongoing review of market dynamics, new programs, business development opportunities, revenue, etc.
Partner with Marketing to ensure that programs and services are appropriately covered in the strategic marketing plan. Work with marketing staff in the development of marketing materials for specific programs.

Five (5) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience

Base Pay Scale: Generally starting at $91.60 - $121.38 per hourThe salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training.
