Technology Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define and execute the multi-year technology roadmap for manufacturing and supply chain systems aligned to business growth objectives.

  • Own the strategy and lifecycle management of SAP ECC across production planning (PP), materials management (MM), sales & distribution (SD), quality management (QM), plant maintenance (PM), and OTC integrations

  • Ensure alignment between ERP, procurement, planning, and shop-floor systems to enable end-to-end process visibility.

  • Evaluate and modernize SIOP planning capabilities to improve forecast accuracy, capacity planning, and inventory optimization.

Manufacturing Systems Leadership

  • Lead strategy and governance for MES platforms, ensuring tight integration between shop-floor control systems and SAP ECC.

  • Drive digitization initiatives across production, quality, maintenance, and traceability.

  • Oversee WMS and TMS platforms to ensure seamless warehouse execution, logistics optimization, and transportation visibility.

  • Improve plant-level KPIs through system enablement and data integrity.

SAP & Supply Chain Optimization

  • Oversee end-to-end integration between SAP ECC, SAP Ariba, SIOP planning tools, and TMS

  • Ensure procurement workflows, supplier collaboration, and spend management are optimized within Ariba.

  • Drive master data governance across materials, BOMs, routings, vendors, customers, and logistics networks.

  • Partner with Finance to ensure accurate cost accounting, inventory valuation, and manufacturing variance reporting.

 Operational Excellence & Reliability

  • Working within our established IT Operating Model, establish strong IT-business governance with manufacturing, supply chain, and procurement leadership.

  • Ensure system reliability, uptime, and performance across mission-critical operational platforms.

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives

  • Implement strong change management practices to ensure adoption across plant and warehouse environments.

Team & Vendor Leadership

  • Build and lead high-performing ERP, Manufacturing, OTC, Product Lifecycle Management and supply chain technology teams (internal and external).

  • Manage system integrators, managed services providers, and software vendors.

  • Establish clear SLAs and performance metrics for operational support and project delivery.
