Here at HCSS, our Lead Generation team generates qualified prospects for our sales team using cold email, cold calling, social selling, and networking. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Director of Lead Generation is responsible for leading the team and strategy.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Manage the daily performance, activity, and operations of a team of Sales or Lead Development Representatives
  • Drive the achievement of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets through engaging and innovative leadership initiatives
  • Analyze key performance metrics and identify areas of improvement
  • Develop and execute a sales development strategy that drives pipeline growth and revenue generation
  • Oversee the enhancement and adoption of core departmental processes and procedures
  • Work proactively and cross-functionally to ensure team and individual enablement
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that promotes accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Shepherd the career development of SDRs into other roles within the sales team
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and technological advancements in the construction space


WHO ARE YOU?

  • 5-7+ years' experience in lead and demand generation for B2B businesses, SaaS preferred
  • 3+ years' experience leading a team, high velocity strongly preferred
  • Knowledgeable about GTM strategy and tying lead generation activities to overall initiatives
  • Prior experience using the Value Selling methodology
  • Proven expertise of SaaS lead generation KPIs and best practices
  • Experience partnering with sales teams on pipeline development
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, and telephony tools (e.g. Genesis)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to coach, motivate, and inspire
