Summary

The Resourcing Edge Director of Internal Channel Sales, PEO is responsible for growing our new sales revenue, in their aligned regions, year over year using their expertise, influence, and an understanding of Resourcing Edge’s (REI) core products to support Resourcing Edge Business Consultants and leadership with their partnership with OneDigital’s producers and consultants.  This mission driven, solution-oriented person is responsible for building and maintaining internal OneDigital relationships to drive PEO growth within the OneDigital portfolio of offerings.

The Director of Internal Channel Sales, PEO will effectively communicate the Resourcing Edge value proposition to OneDigital producers, consultants, and regional leaders alike. They consult with Resourcing Edge executive leadership on vision, action plans, and change management.

As a key team member, the Director of Internal Channel Sales, PEO has an integral role in supporting the mission of Resourcing Edge, to enable companies to focus on their success. 

Role and Responsibilities

  • Consistently engages all markets in defined region, Evangelize the PEO value proposition to field leaders, producers, and consultants through in-person meetings, events, and virtual meetings.
  • Responsible for educating OneDigital markets why, when, and how to refer clients for PEO evaluation
  • Understands the individual needs and nuances of each market, to develop and drive market specific initiatives, campaigns, trainings, contests etc
  • Supports the sales team in building relationships with producers, consultants and regional leaders
  • Develops strong relationships and provides consistent coaching to aligned sales team around best practices for partnering with the different channel partners within the OneDigital brand.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership on sales team performance, providing insight based on individual strengths and areas of improvement
  • Works in partnership with other Director of Channel Sales on driving national campaigns, strategies, communication, etc to provide consistency across the country
  • Analyze market level sales performance data weekly to identify trends, communicate observations with both market leaders and RE sales leaders, and create actionable solutions

  • Data Driven-  Ability to dive in to and understand sales metrics, trends, etc and create actionable strategies with strong follow up

Qualifications: Required

  • Education and/or Experience
    • Background in sales leadership or coaching
    • Experience working in the broker community
    • Experience in the PEO Industry
    • Documented success in YOY sales growth
    • Proven track record of improving sales performance through data driven coaching
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and motivational skills
  • Computer Skills – To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in CRM systems such as Zoho and SFDC, Microsoft Office, HRIS systems, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
  • Other Skills and Abilities
    • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task.
    • Must have excellent oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Must have demonstrated ability to work effectively in a diverse workforce.

Physical Demands/Environmental Conditions:

  • Must be willing to travel ~ 25%+
  • Must be able to successfully complete background check.

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
