- Core IT Services: Maintain comprehensive technical understanding of enterprise and hybrid data center and office services, including networks, core IT services (DNS, DHCP, PKI), perimeter security, routing/switching, and technical service suites and capabilities.
- Platform as a Product: Support infrastructure teams focused on cloud and on-premise infrastructure. Support sustainable engineering practices, including systematic intake, driving infrastructure management practices, and modern configuration management.
2. Regional Escalation Authority
- Site Stewardship: Serve as the senior site leader for our Hyderabad office, cultivating an inclusive, high-performance human-first culture, representing local employees to leadership, and driving community and cross-team engagement.
- Matrixed Leadership: Provide mentorship and operational guidance for India-based teams and employees who report into management teams across the organization.
- Cross-Functional Bridge: Act as the primary operational escalation point for mission-critical incidents and provide clean hand offs between global teams. Support coordination between teams within the broader Infrastructure and Reliability organization.
- Incident Management: Partner closely with global Service Desk, Major Incident Management, and global engineering teams to ensure rapid incident triage, proactive communication, and robust executive engagement to build system and organizational trust.
3. Strategic Leadership and Talent Management
