Crexi Compensation & Benefits Highlights

  • Healthcare Strength Employer-paid individual medical, dental, and vision with Anthem PPO and HDHP options, plus HSAs/FSAs, EAP, HealthJoy, and company-paid life/STD/LTD indicate robust coverage. These elements suggest comprehensive healthcare support with strong plan choice and concierge services.
  • Leave & Time Off Breadth Flexible/unlimited PTO and 12 company-paid holidays are standard, and paid parental leave is included in the package. Feedback suggests flexible PTO is workable but should be clarified for team norms and workload expectations.
  • Affordable Benefits Employer funding for individual health coverage and low-to-no employee cost for base dental and vision lower monthly out-of-pocket expense for solo coverage. Standard PPO/HDHP deductibles and coinsurance still apply, so total cost depends on plan selection and dependents.
