Job Summary
The Director Information Technology role is accountable for Caterpillar's global Cloud, Compute & Hosting Services. You will provide global leadership to deliver technology-based solutions that align to business strategic objectives.
About the Role / What You Will Do:

• Delivers highly available, leading IT services through best-in-class service level management practices with the ability to flex with changing business demands.
• Leads, mentor, and develops high-performing IT teams, foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
• Manages multiple priorities & business requirements. Develops solutions that best meet the needs of the enterprise, with options to meet differentiated business capabilities as needed.
• Manages large IT budget for area of accountability. Responsible for driving efficiencies in service delivery through ongoing improvements to help offset growth and other technology investment.
• Delivers highly available, leading IT services through best-in-class service level management practices with the ability to flex with changing business demands.
• Manages critical global supplier relationships to deliver leading-edge, business aligned solutions in a cost effective manner.

Summary Pay Range:
$195,840.00 - $293,640.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
