VP/Director, Incentive Analytics

OneMain is seeking a VP/Director of Incentive Analytics to lead the analytics, modeling, and execution of the Variable Incentive Plan (VIP) across the branch network and centralized operations. This role strengthens the organization’s ability to deliver accurate, transparent, and reliable incentive programs by improving data quality, reporting clarity, and analytical rigor. Responsibilities:
  • Manage and enhance monthly VIP target‑setting processes, including risk‑based segmentation and capacity modeling.

  • Develop and maintain incentive reporting and dashboards for field leadership and senior executives.

  • Conduct payout and cost scenario modeling to support plan design decisions.

  • Partner with Analytics, Finance, Risk, HR, and Field Operations to validate inputs, methodology, and business assumptions.

  • Enhance the consistency, accuracy, and transparency of incentive processes through improved data workflows and reporting tools.

  • Ensure accuracy, governance, and documentation of incentive data sources, calculations, and QC processes.

  • Support communication materials for field audiences and executive approvals.

Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of analytics, incentive compensation, FP&A, forecasting, or related experience.

  • Advanced Excel skills.

  • Python and SQL required.

  • Strong ability to translate complex analytics into clear business narratives.

  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau preferred).

  • High attention to detail and strong data governance mindset.

  • Ability to partner with cross‑functional teams and influence decision‑making.

Location: Wilmington, DE. This position is hybrid and requires 3 days in the office (Tuesday–Thursday).
