What You’ll Do
Enhance Customer Retention and Engagement
- Partner with Customer Success to promote new features, gather customer feedback, and share success stories to improve customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Learning teams to design user adoption campaigns, renewal strategies, and integrated engagement campaigns.
- Strategies and playbooks aligned with overall GTM approach.
Leadership and Team Development
- Support team growth and development by mentoring and collaborating with cross-functional team members, fostering a culture of innovation, learning, and performance excellence.
- Provide guidance and leadership in developing junior team members, enabling them to take on greater responsibilities and achieve career growth
Who You Are
- 7 to 10 years leading consulting services delivery teams in a SaaS environment
- Proven experience with forecasting, resource allocation, and capacity planning
- Strong analytical thinking and systems perspective
- Ability to translate details into big-picture strategic view
- Experience adapting to rapidly changing products and customer needs
- Track record building high-performing teams and managing underperformers
- Experience with risk mitigation and escalation management
- Strong leadership presence in presentations and communications
Preferred
- Master’s degree in business, technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of relevant education and professional experience.
- Experience in higher education technology.
