Perr&Knight is looking for a Human Resources Director to oversee the entire HR Department including all matters pertaining to 200+ employees. This includes, but is not limited to recruitment, benefits administration, employee relations, training, policy development and compliance. This job will work full-time from our Santa Monica office.

What You Will Be Doing:

Supporting initiatives and directives from CAO, COO and CEO
Supervising HR team of four people and overseeing the HR functions for two companies
Communicating with state and federal agencies on the company's behalf
Overseeing all HR concerns and employee issues
Accepting and coordinating responses to all legal inquiries, inclusive of EEOC, EDD, or SDI claims
Monitoring changes affecting employment practices nationally and in all company states
Overseeing all HR matters affecting the company

What You Will Bring to the Table:

7+ Years of experience as an HR Director
Bachelors Degree
SHRM or PHR certifications are helpful but not required
