WHAT YOU BRING TO DRIVE SUCCESS
Leadership Excellence
10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with demonstrated success in complex, global organizations in Manufacturing, supply chain or logistics environment.
Proven track record of partnering with senior executives to drive business results through people strategies
Experience leading geographically dispersed teams with the ability to inspire and unite diverse cultures
Strategic Mindset
Deep understanding of supply chain operations and the unique people challenges within this dynamic environment
Ability to translate business strategy into compelling people initiatives that drive measurable results
Experience in organizational transformation and change
Global Perspective
Expertise in managing HR operations across multiple countries and cultures
Understanding of international employment laws and practices
Ability to create consistent experiences while respecting local differences
You hold ethics high and know how to act in challenging environments - doing what is right even when it's tough
You are an excellent leader, and people wants to be in your team
