Job Description:
This HR/Ethics & Compliance role connects strategy to execution by combining HR transformation, operations, governance, compliance, audit readiness, controls, policy enablement, and AI/technical deployment. It serves as a practical operating bridge across HR leadership, Compliance, and cross-functional partners.
Experience
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure HR and Ethics & Compliance priorities are translated into clear processes, routines, accountabilities, and measures of success.
- Drive operational excellence by standardizing, simplifying, documenting, and improving HR and Ethics & Compliance processes, controls, and service delivery practices across the function.
- Provide strategic direction and implementation guidance to the Americas Ethics & Compliance program, enabling the Ethics & Compliance team to deploy initiatives through executive messaging and outreach, initiative prioritization, data-driven measurement of process and program effectiveness, and utilization of new technology and AI functionalities across the organization.
- Lead HR transformation initiatives, including process redesign, technology enhancements, automation, self-service solutions, outsourcing opportunities and new ways of working that improve effectiveness and the employee and manager experience.
- Develop metrics, dashboards, executive reporting, and governance updates that convert operational performance, compliance findings, risks, and trends into actionable and measurable insights.
- Lead cross-functional programs and strategic initiatives with strong governance, stakeholder engagement, change management, risk tracking, and delivery discipline.
- Influence senior stakeholders and drive adoption of consistent processes, tools, controls, governance expectations, and ways of working.
- Lead and develop team members where applicable, fostering accountability, collaboration, operational discipline, and continuous improvement.
Experience
- Significant experience in HR Operations, HR Governance, HR Compliance, HR Transformation, Program Management, or related discipline.
- Experience providing strategic direction and implementation guidance to Ethics & Compliance, Legal, Risk, or Audit programs, including stakeholder communications and process and effectiveness measurement.
- Experience operating in complex, matrixed, or global organizations and influencing outcomes across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrated ability to build governance mechanisms, strengthen controls, improve service delivery, and drive consistent execution of HR priorities.
- Experience leading large-scale projects, transformation efforts, change initiatives, and operational improvement programs.
- Strong capability in executive communication, stakeholder management, problem solving, project planning, and risk management.
- Experience using HR systems, data, reporting, dashboards, and insights to inform decisions and improve operational performance.

Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office.
The annual salary range for this position is $164,450 - $215,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
