The Director - Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) team provides client focused people solutions that drive business results in partnership with the Global Technology organization, consisting of diverse teams in application development, infrastructure, enterprise platforms and architecture.
Reporting to the VP of HR for Global Technology, the HRBP will partner with various senior leaders and their respective leadership teams focused on people solutions that drive business results. The individual in this role will assess the human resources needs in areas such as performance management, talent management, organizational design, change management and leadership development. We are looking for a self-motivated, energetic individual, with demonstrated analytical and technical skills to be part of our high-performing team.
H ow You'll Help Us Build a Confident Future (Key Responsibilities):
• Serve as the credible HR interface for Global Technology business clients.
• Provide leadership and support enabling the execution of business strategy and other relevant projects and initiatives.
• Coordinate and manage various HR resources and programs such as Talent Management, Organization Effectiveness and Total Rewards to assess, develop, and deliver timely and relevant solutions for assigned area of responsibility.
• Leverage data to make informed decisions regarding talent plans and execution.
• Provide direction and influence to enable leaders to manage the business, handle enterprise change and lead organizational transformation.
• Ensure delivery of timely, relevant, and efficient HR operational services in partnership with other team members.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively across HR and client organizations as initiatives or circumstances require.
• Ensure compliance with all pertinent HR-related laws and regulations.
What You Need to Succeed (Required Qualifications):
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of relevant HR experience partnering with clients/business leaders to achieve results.
• General business acumen; thorough understanding of all aspects of HR Management and processes
• Strong relationship building and influencing skills
• Successful track record working collaboratively within matrix-organization and/or cross-functionally
• Solid communication skills with ability to lead and influence change and transformation

The salary range for applicants for this position is $107,600 to $143,500.
