  • Represent Broadridge at industry conferences and events, leading department initiatives, and actively contributing to strategic planning, marketing activities, and thought leadership projects.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of deep subject matter expertise in global class actions, preferably within EMEA and/or APAC markets.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales, client service, and project management with a proven record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Comprehensive understanding of securities class action plan of allocations, deficiency and audit processes, and securities trading (equity, debt, derivatives).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic mindset, proactive collaborator, and reliable mentor committed to driving both team and organizational success.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, law, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Robust experience in client-facing roles or subject matter expertise in global class actions and financial markets.
  • Demonstrated leadership and capability to manage complex client and project portfolios regionally.
