About Us:

Grow Therapy is on a mission to serve as the trusted partner for therapists growing their practice, and patients accessing high-quality care. Powered by technology, we are a three-sided marketplace that empowers providers, augments insurance payors, and serves patients. Following the mass increase in depression and anxiety, the need for accessibility is more important than ever. To make our vision for mental healthcare a reality, we’re building a team of entrepreneurs and mission-driven go-getters. Since launching in February 2021, we’ve empowered more than ten thousand therapists and hundreds of thousands of clients across the country and insurance landscape. We’ve raised more than $178mm of funding from Sequoia Capital, Transformation Capital, TCV, SignalFire, and others.

The Opportunity:

Grow Therapy is seeking a Director to lead and scale our revenue systems, strategy, and insights across the entire go-to-market organization. Reporting to the CFO, you will oversee the alignment of Sales and Customer Success operations to drive predictable and efficient revenue growth.

You’ll shape the strategic and operational rhythms of our Commercial functions including Provider Experience, Enterprise and Primary Care. Working cross-functionally with senior leadership to inform revenue strategy and ensure scalable operations as we enter our next phase of growth. Operationally, you will own everything from GTM data infrastructure and analytics, to process optimization, forecasting, and systems governance. You’ll manage and develop a high-performing team across multiple disciplines, and serve as the single source of truth for Grow’s overall Commercial operation.

This is a unique opportunity to build a world-class team at a high-growth, mission-driven startup that’s transforming mental healthcare accessibility.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own the Revenue Operations Strategy: Design and implement a scalable revenue operations framework.

  • Build and Lead a Team: Mentor and lead a growing team of revenue operations professionals focused on systems, analytics, and process excellence.

  • Drive Revenue Intelligence: Develop and maintain forecasting models, performance dashboards, ROI analysis, and KPI frameworks to provide actionable insights to leadership.

  • Optimize the GTM Tech Stack: Oversee administration and evolution of Grow’s CRM (currently HubSpot), plus related tools (e.g., Aircall,), ensuring cross-system integration and data accuracy.

  • Enhance GTM Efficiency: Partner with functional leaders to identify bottlenecks, design process improvements, and ensure operational consistency across the customer lifecycle.

  • Build Grow’s Commercial Finance function: zero-to-one build of a dedicated Finance team supporting Grow’s commercial teams, including planning/forecasting, target-setting, reporting, and decision support.

  • Instill an AI-first culture: develop and implement an AI roadmap to improve Sales and RevOps efficiency, eliminating toil and producing high-quality work at scale to support a rapidly scaling commercial team

You’ll Be a Good Fit If:

  • You have 7–10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Finance, and/or GTM Strategy roles, with 5+ years of people leadership experience.

  • You’ve scaled RevOps from early-stage (Series A/B) through high growth (Series C+) and understand how to build sustainable systems from scratch.

  • You have a strong grasp of sales methodologies, funnel management, forecasting, and data analytics.

  • You’ve used AI to significantly improve the quality and efficiency of your team’s work, with demonstrated quantifiable impact

  • You’ve worked closely with cross-functional GTM teams and can inform senior stakeholders with data-driven insights.

  • You’re a technologist with business acumen, who understands modern data architecture best practices — capable of designing for scale but also will roll up your sleeves to execute when needed.

What We Do

Grow is a mental health platform built to enable progress. We see technology not as a layer on top of care, but as the connective tissue that helps it grow — and we believe that building it is some of the most important work there is. We are not only for crisis. We are for all the moments when someone decides they want more. More support, more clarity, more tools. Because mental health isn't a destination. It's a practice. And we are building the platform, the products, and the partnerships to make that practice possible for everyone. We are more than a marketplace — bringing together clinical expertise, always-on tools, and deep insights to help clients improve their lives, providers build practices they're proud of, and businesses offer demonstrably more effective and efficient care. So far, 15 million sessions have started on Grow, with 220M lives covered. Each one a step forward for someone, somewhere, building the life they've always wanted. Like the people we serve, we are in a process of becoming. Solving one problem. Making progress. Moving on to the next. Our founders come from Harvard Medical School, Stripe, and Blackstone — pairing bold vision with a culture of balance, belonging, and whole-person wellness. We're proud to be backed by Sequoia Capital, Goldman Sachs Alternatives, TCV, Transformation Capital, SignalFire, and Plus Capital. Progress doesn't happen on its own. It happens because of talented individuals who build for the people they love.

Why Work With Us

At Grow Therapy, we believe well-being isn’t just a perk—it’s part of how we work. From clinicians to engineers, every voice helps shape the care we build. Our mission-driven team is rethinking mental health care, supported by flexible PTO, paid winter recharge, mental health breaks, no-cost therapy through our platform, and wellness perks.
